The dry processing at our mills may seem simple at first glance, but it’s anything but. This is where we remove the husk from the coffee, as well as identify and grade it according to our quality standards. This ensures that we deliver consistent quality to our customers. Without this level of quality control, great beans gets mixed with the mediocre, thus making it impossible for roasters to reward top producers with the price incentives they deserve.
 
In addition to the important work of quality control, our dry mill and grading facility act as invaluable intermediaries between roasters and producers, ensuring that contracts are fair for everybody involved and local customs are respected.
