Westrock Coffee’s roasting facility meets the highest certification requirements from the Safe Quality Food Institute (SQF 3000), as well as the certification requirements from the British Royal Consortium and the Global Food Safety Initiative.
Four certified Q cuppers work on-site and include our Manager of Roasting, Manager of Quality Control, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Coffee.
Westrockâs new 53,000 sq. ft. roasting and packaging facility features:
- An annual roasting capacity of 15 million pounds
- A fully automated and enclosed roasting and packaging operation separated into three discrete environmentally controlled rooms
- Two Probat G120 drum roasters
- One R-23 Burns roaster
- A fully enclosed conveyance system
- A fully equipped coffee lab and cupping room
