Vanilla Iced Coffee

When P. Allen Smith creates his signature iced coffee, you know he's using Westrock Coffee. His trick: vanilla almond milk and honey. This recipe is completely refreshing and perfect for coffee lovers who want their coffee fix, even in the hot summer sun!


  • 1 shot strongly brewed Westrock coffee - We recommend our Organic Sumatran Blend
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup vanilla flavored almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ¼ cup half and half
  • sugar to taste
  • ice cubes



  1. Brew coffee, add honey while coffee is still hot, stir until honey is dissolved
  2. Add almond milk, half and half, and sugar (as needed), stir
  3. Fill a cup halfway with ice cubes, add coffee mixture to cup, cover and shake for about 15 seconds
  4. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
